An extremely steep, difficult site, modern aesthetic, industrial feel….those are some of the initial elements we started with on this beautiful project. With the stepped design of the house down the hill, we’ve worked hard to integrate it seamlessly with the site, even dropping the pool area halfway down between the main and lower level. We created several wall elements to cut through the home, pulling the guest visually from the front entry, through the main interior living spaces, and back out the rear of the home to the outdoor spaces.
